no any steakerI belive they saw the sticker with barcode normaly when you apply for usa they put barcode sticker outside the passport
So they can scan your passport to get your application visa details easily

Yes - of course they share information. Canada doesn't need a mark on your passport to know your US immigration history.I'm actually surprised that they found out about your US visa when there is no mark on the passport, does US and Canada share visa infos?

I don't understand your comment. It doesn't matter if your passport has a mark or not - you still have to declare all refusals.
