No. I guess we will have to check directly with CIC. That is how other members did in this forum.Just asked and learned that my certificate is also dispatched July 26. Will there be any indication from MyCIC or ECAS upon receipt by the CIC?

I don't think so... Jaywalking is not a criminal offence.Hi all, just a question. My partner pleaded guilty for jaywalking last 2012. Do you think this will come out on the PCC? I mean, I'm ready to declare it, I just wonder if it would affect the approval. I have papers to show proof that he's paid the fine already.
(I know, it's silly but may still be part of his HK file).
Thank u!I don't think so... Jaywalking is not a criminal offence.
Jaywalking is not a "recordable offence" in Hong Kong. To be safe, even if the HK Police Force does not issue CNCC to applicant, you can still pay HKD$75 to check your own criminal record. If no criminal record can be found, the officer will verbally inform you in a separate quiet room. If there is any record, they will mail the detail to you.Thank u!

You need to contact them to re-issue the letter with an address. Call them or email them.I'm a bit confused, if CIC letter has no mail details, how can we provide the address when we apply HK PCC?
