Your eligibility may have not started or something came up and they are waiting for documents or info; it is pending or in queue to be reviewed; the visa officer or immigration officer will look at your file on Sept 15, 2017 when was your AOR2? Was it in August?

It could also mean they asked you for additional documents or have asked info from outside sources and are only going to review your file again around Sept; but it could be sooner

got my second round of notes. eligibility is still in progress, security is not started and criminality is in progress. application assignment is assigned to someone else with a date of 8/31/2017. eligibility assessment status is still review required... with a due date of 3/28/2018... hoping to hear something from IRCC soon... what do you all think? still no mention of any interview being required

actually, in PAPER FILE TRANSFER HISTORY location is blank... prior it was RCMP Fingerprints Pending - PR where is the FCU- pending review?

Jeff, quick question! Does ordering GCMS notes negatively impact processing of application in any way? I hear variations of stories. Please let me know if there is any information you can share. I appreciate it!

That's exactly what one of the people I talked to at the call centre said, not that I really believe him. He said, "when you order notes, they stop working on your file, and it can cause weeks or even months of delays". Personally, I think he was talking a bunch of horse crap...

Hmm yours is different than mines! I'll outline my paper locations in a few minutes; I just received my notes yesterday too!

Not true. It's each applicant's case is different. Just to share, we ordered our 1st notes in March 2017. Received the report after 30 days (April 2017). Ordered 2nd notes in May 2017. Got PPR prior to receiving 2nd notes' report in June 2017.

So does "Not started" in Eligibility, security, BCG, etc.. mean they haven't even looked? or does it mean they've looked and there is no red flags??
