PCC from country of residence?

Is it necessary to get PCC from country of residence dated AFTER your last travel out date or is it sufficient that it is <6 months old at the time of application?

P.S - I know that from any other countries where you stayed >180 days, you have to get PCC that is dated after your last travel date. Question is does that even apply to the country of residence?

Not required. I personally did not travel after getting my PCC until submitting my application, however that's probably irrelevant.
