It can be any day. But yes according to recent trends, Ottawa's big ppr batches have been mostly towards the end of each week

In the email body, must write at the end:
- your stream: for e.g FSW outland
- UCI
- last name
- given names
- DOB

In the email itself, ask about visa office, and then add a kind enquiry for status if possible. They most likely wont give you your status, but you can try.
After that you must write:
Your stream
Family name
Given names
UCI
Date of birth

You can ask in the email which VO is processing your application. Ottawa has the quickest response time, so you should expect a reply within 3-4 days.

Guys, need your help here.

I am in IP2 since 14th Aug. Yesterday i called cic and got to know my application is still at CIO. Will it be transferred to any VO or can CIO finalize the application and issue PPR ? What would be the timeline ? Thanks

Hi everyone,

I have resisted reading the forums for a long time so that I could postpone the anxiety but now the wait is killing me. My timeline is in the signature. Just to recap:
AoR date is April 15th
Meds passed in mid-May
Additional docs uploaded once in mid-June and once in mid-July.

Currently the status says additional documents are being reviewed and BGC is N/A

The question is I don't know if I have missed any BGC status update (N/A to in progress to N/A), because I also resisted checking the MyCIC website Now I don't know if I am in IP 1 or IP 2

We really need to hear from Canada soon, everything is hanging in the air. I Can't concentrate on anything
