After submitting my full application through the express entry , I received a message that my application was rejected for being incomplete

"The Police certificate from Egypt that you provided with your application is not acceptable as a complete translation is not included. Please verify our website in order to determine the required document. "
And that I have to submit a new express entry profile
If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you must submit a new Express Entry profile through your MyCIC account.

My question is , after getting a Police certificate as per the requirements what will happen to my application?
is it going to enter the express entry pool again and wait for a new ITA ?
or I will submit the police certificate and will get a new express entry profile number while i will be waiting for CIC to review my application directly? and in this case the fees I paid will be refunded?

You can transfer your nomination to your new EE account by emailing OINP, as long as it is still valid. It might take a while before they transfer it though.

I did not get a comment regarding z medical exam, however they told me that their comment on the police certificate only does not mean that the rest of the documents are ok

i will suggest you to raise CSE with PCC and letter of explanation and mean time open new profile to get ITA, if in case they don't accept CSE you save some time and if they accept it and they reopen your application then you can withdraw the new profile

Could you please share your experience? Did you submit an updated version of your proof of funds? Did you obtain your permanent residency?
My application was cancelled 2 weeks ago and hope to get a new invitation to apply tomorrow. So I wonder if my Proof of funds is still valid (its emission date is mid May). Thanks in advance .
