My sister had a similar situation. Her Application got canceled due to incorrect DOB translation. She gave her ielts again and created a new EE profile and contacted the pnp authorities to issue a new nomination cert . But the pnp replied her to show a screenshot telling her old EEprofile was withdrawn. In her case, it is canceled by cic and she died not see the withdrawal button anymore. Any guidance?
