Heloo.. could you please help me about how to apply for WES evaluation ?? Do we need every semester marksheers to be sent or only consolidated ??

its actually transcripts signed by college /university and sealed by them for all semesters (both graduation and post-graduation). You can check the requirements at WES website

It is directly sent by university or institute, generally they know the process. You just have to tell them where to send and produce the document you get from WES account.
