At least 3 months after they vo starts processingWhen would be a good time during my application process to order notes?
Read the officer's notes on the last pageI got two refusal and two gcms file.anyone to help analysis for lasting solution to refusal
I cant say with 100% certainty, but due date in your case is probably when officer receives some info and/or does some update..more general - touches your file (but its my speculations only). We finally received our notes and honestly it's a relief to know what's happening with the file. I would highly recommend if you haven't ordered the GCMS notes. I was hoping someone could help me in interpreting some things though. Under assessment it says eligibility is in progress and security and criminality has not started. I read somewhere else on here that even though it says not started they have actually started it. Is that true? Secondly under application assignment, it has a due date of 08/18/2017 which is today. What does that mean?

There are no outstanding documents required for our application. They already have the Schedule A and PCCI also think is the date someone is gonna look to your file again, have they requested you the PCC? did you send them upfront? if they don't have your police clearances is most likely that they request for those around this time. Hopefully you hear something from them. Keep us posted.

I have been told that if on the first page you are assigned a group# then that means an interview will need to be conducted. Here are the first 20 lines from my GCMS notes. Could someone please comment on whether an interview will take place or not. I should add Eligibility, Criminality, Security all not started.
