Maybe you sent her birth certificate? Or some other document? The passage from letter that you pasted does not say anything that would suggest that it is about your daughter's proof of English knowledge, so it is hard to understand. Maybe if you paste full text from your letter, we can help better.

I think the part that confuses you is "foreign". When they write foreign, it is foreign for them (arabic, farsi etc.), not foreign for you (english etc.). I do not see any connection to your daughter or her education from what you shared. I am under impression it is some document you translated but did not submit copy in the original language.
Dear Katayoon,
I think one missing as you said is about birth certificate, so I translated her birth certificate and sent its copy, but I didn't provide them a copy of back home original Birth Certificate, but is it necessary because I've never seen any where which I have to provide the copy of that specific case !
Isn't it ?

Yes, I got confused too. As I mentioned before, I didn't file any other language docs, basically she doesn't have any. I just filed all the copy of report cards with a downloaded a form which was called " Educational Enrolment Confirmation For Citizenship" and got it to her school and vice president filled out the form with signature and school's stamp with all information of the school like address and postal code and then attached originally to our documents and sent them to IRCC.
So I don't know what is missing or where is my mistake to prepare extra proof !
Dear Await,
One more question,
Is that right, which I should provide her Birth Certificate copy of back home,
I made the translation and sent it without the copy of back home's original one !

From the information you provided I too can't see any thing wrong. Did you send originals?

Format: Important information: Please note that CIC will only accept originals. If your Enrolment Confirmation Letter for citizenship purposes is missing information or the information is not correct, we will return your application to you. Please ensure all parts of your letter are completed prior to submission.

If your absolutely sure that your application pack dose not contain anything pertaining to a foreign language or a foreign language document, I would re-submit with an cover/explanary letter detailing each document as for the checklist. Also try contacting IRCC help line for there advice.

Hope you find a solution soon. Good Luck

Translation of documents
You must send the following for any document that is not in English or French:

  • the English or French translation; and
  • an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (see below for details); and
  • a certified copy of the original document.

Yes you have to provide copy of original + translation. They have to be attached together.

This is not about language proof for your daughter. It is about forgetting to attach a copy of the original birth certificate.

Thanks dear Await,
you and Katayoon are absolutely right, I forgot to sent the copy of her original B.C. copy with our attached, so I'll go to send them tomorrow.
Last question,
Should I make a check list form attached with our documents again ? Because they didn't send me the old one of mine and my daughter's.
And two more,
I have to sign our forms again with new date or it's not necessary?
they didn't send me the calculator form as well which I provided before, so I have to provide it with around 20 days more or not?

Thank you again.

I made some question asking from dear Await, who was very helpful to figure out the problem same you. I wonder, if you can provide me your idea about my questions.

Thank you,

I would include a checklist again for sure. By signing a fresh application you get the benefit of having more days physical present in Canada. Anyways make sure the date is the same in both the application and physical presence calculator.

Also make sure you provide a certified copy of the original document.
Also if its a translation you need to provide an affidavit from the person who completed the translation

Good Luck

I appreciate to your consideration,
Good Luck,

Yes my understanding is ATIO translator will provide a certified translation. But make sure the copy of the original document which is not in English, has to be a certified true copy

You mean, take a copy of original foreign her B.C. and have a translator's stamp on it to be certified. isn't it ?

Notarizing or certifying can be done by a Canadian notary public. Basically they take a copy of the original document (whatever the language) and states that the document is a true copy of the original and stamps and signs it

Thanks, so it doesn't need to have translator's stamped on it, am I right ?

You need the following,

  • The English or French translation (original) and
  • certified copy of the original document (which has been certified by a notary)

If the translation isn’t done by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada, you must submit an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator. A certified translator will provide both a certified translation and certified copies of the original documents.
