So half of August is over and almost half of us got AORs. We are progressing well so far! If we can get to test before the tsunami of 3/5 applications hits, would be fabulous. I don't mind waiting for oath for 6 months after "decision made", but I definitely mind waiting ages for test when the outcome of your application is still unclear...:eek:
Yeah totally agree with you. I'm at least hoping for the test to be done before C6 kicks in.

Thanks a lot, was faster than I expected - I think I am being compensated for an uber long 40-day waiting for AOR :D
Congrats Katayoon,
I repeat my question maybe you can help me because nobody answered me,
Today I Got my returned docs, I applied for myself and my daughter. Documents returned just for incomplete foreign language of my daughter. I don't know what is that, I provided all report cards from grades 9 to 11 in Canada when we landed here from 2013 up to now. and she doesn't have any foreign language practice rather than English for last 4 years, so I Confused what's the problem. I need somebodies' suggestion who involved with this issue as soon as possible.
If you don't have idea, please show other way to reach my answer or how can I contact to agent?
Thanks,

Thanks All,
I am assuming your Daughter is over the age of 14 as you said grade 9 Report cards. Therefore you need proof of English proficiency as for the minor application instruction guide.

Language proof for children 14 – 17 years of age

Select one of the following types of proof to submit with the application (if applicable):

  1. Report card or progress report which must show all of the following:
    • Completion of one academic year of instruction or a completed semester conducted in English or French, either in Canada or abroad;
    • Date(s) showing completion of studies within the four years before the date of application;
    • Province or Country and name of the academic institution
    Note: If the original document is in a language other than English or French then you must also include a letter from the academic institution indicating that the language of instruction was in English or French along with an official translation of the original document.

  2. Letter from academic institution which must show all of the following:
    • Completion of one academic year of instruction or a completed semester conducted in English or French, in Canada or abroad;
    • Date(s) showing completion of studies within the four years before the date of application;
    • Signed by an official from the educational institution or a school board official. Educational institution official refers to the principal, vice-principal, school director or teacher. School Board official refers to Board employees and trustees or School staff representative.
    • Contains the official stamp or seal of the academic institution or is printed on official letterhead.
    Format: Important information: Please note that CIC will only accept originals. If your Enrolment Confirmation Letter for citizenship purposes is missing information or the information is not correct, we will return your application to you. Please ensure all parts of your letter are completed prior to submission.

Thanks to your quick answer,
But as I said before, I provided copies of all report cards and an original letter with her school's stamp which says she take all courses as an English, so IRCC attached the letter with my returned documents regarding "the foreign language documents that have been translated are missing. We require copies of the foreign language documents and their translation"
my question is she didn't take even one foreign language rather than English which I provided as some copies of report cards, any idea
I wish you all the best as well.

Would you mind typing the complete abstract from their letter? It appears that you had some documents in foreign language and you submitted their translation but not the copy of the original.
Example: you had a degree in arabic, you submitted an english translation of the degree but not the copy of the original arabic degree.

"Foreign" does not really mean English for them. For them, foreign is some document composed in your mother tongue or in the language of countries where you resided before.

I've never sent even one document as a language rather than English because, she doesn't have any document which filed as foreign language, so this makes me confused.

Thank you again,
I've never filed any foreign language document rather than English, because actually she doesn't have any in other language during this 4 years residing!

I'm a bit confused on the "foreign language" part. Does it mention in regard to the English proficiency for you daughter? Or dose it mean a translation of any other document which was submitted which was not in English?

Like @Katayoon mentioned we might be able to help out if you can type the complete abstract from the letter you received from IRCC.

Maybe you sent her birth certificate? Or some other document? The passage from letter that you pasted does not say anything that would suggest that it is about your daughter's proof of English knowledge, so it is hard to understand. Maybe if you paste full text from your letter, we can help better.

I think the part that confuses you is "foreign". When they write foreign, it is foreign for them (arabic, farsi etc.), not foreign for you (english etc.). I do not see any connection to your daughter or her education from what you shared. I am under impression it is some document you translated but did not submit copy in the original language.

Yes, I got confused too. As I mentioned before, I didn't file any other language docs, basically she doesn't have any. I just filed all the copy of report cards with a downloaded a form which was called " Educational Enrolment Confirmation For Citizenship" and got it to her school and vice president filled out the form with signature and school's stamp with all information of the school like address and postal code and then attached originally to our documents and sent them to IRCC.
So I don't know what is missing or where is my mistake to prepare extra proof !

Can you just forget for a moment about your daughter's school? Just think of all the documents you submitted - driving licenses, birth certificates etc. Was there any document from your home country (or other country) which you translated into English but forgot to attach the copy of the original non-English document?

By the way, if you do not give us full context, we cannot help with much.
