COPR queries

I just received a document on my PR application to submit my passport and pictures to the London office (or AbuDhabi office as the document mentioned) to issue Confirmation of Permanent Residence and permanent residence visa in next 30 days

1- the medical was done 4th Feb 2017, I presume the last day I can land in Canada is 3rd Feb 2018? can it be extended?
2- I cannot find any reference on how long would the CoPR and visa stamping would take once I submit it through the VAC, is there any link that show the timing? if its a 2-3 day process I can submit my passport, if its a 15+ day then I need to ask London office to extend it as I am traveling and cannot leave my passport away except when I am back to the country 46 days from now
3- after getting the visa and landing in Canada, I read that they will send me the card to a canadian address (will give them my brother in law home address) in 180 days, he can then send it to me by courier till i settle my plans to move permanently to canada. with this setup does this mean I just need to land in the airport and I can leave back anytime after that or I have to say for some additional processing?

1) Typically it won't be extended. Say you get the passport back end of September, that's still 5 months to land.

3- What's your nationality? You may need to apply for a PRTD if you want to leave Canada before receiving your PR card

You don't need a PRTD to leave Canada, only to re-enter without a PR Card.

1. Based on what i know, there is no way to extend the landing deadline beyond the validity of the medical test which is one year.
2. I submitted my passport for copr and visa stamping on 30 july 2017 and till today (18th aug 2017) it's still with them. So this process definitely will take way more than 4-5 days.
3. I think yes u can just land and provide the address for ur pr card to be submitted and then leave.. there is nothing to be done more i guess other than the normal first landing procedures and forms.

You don't need a PRTD to leave Canada, only to re-enter without a PR Card.

That was what I meant. Well now that I think about it, he could leave and wait til his relative receives the PR cards and mails it to him.

It takes 21 days maximum time for Visa to be stamped and COPR to be issued.
If you want to inform CIC of your travel plans and unavailability of your passport for stamping then you may write to the London office informing them of your travel itinerary.
You must land within the expiry of your medicals.
You can do the landing and leave the next day or within hours of your arrival as important thing is to do your PR card processing and other form filling.
