Job duties discrepancy between NOC 2173 and 2174

I got an ITA and I am preparing my Referral letter.Applying for NOC 2174.
I have to provide my Job duties to my previous organisation and get an approval upon that.

When I mentioned my Job duties and sent it to my consultant first, they said it seems like Job duties are matching with NOC 2173 but I have already rephrased 4 Job duties from NOC 2174 description given by CIC.

Can someone please suggest best way to have those Job duties mentioned ?

And is there any chance of rejection further if only few Job duties partially matches with NOC 2174 for which I am applying ?

When job duties matches 100% with the one mentioned, it would rise suspicion.
It is safe if 65-70 % of the job duties correlate with the mentioned one. you are safe and won't be rejected unless there is complete mismatch.
