Hello guys! I got massage in gc key account on July 26 for upload PCC and schedule A form and uploaded them on aug 2. On Aug 4 in my account it showed additional documents you provided were uploaded. So it's been more than a week now and hasn't transfer my file to NDVO. So you guys have any idea how long they will take to transfer my file to local visa office?

What did you mail to Mexico office? In the email it states that if the Police Certificates are not in English to mail a certified translation and copy of original. That's it right? We do not have to mail original?

Yes. You are correct, but I believe it is the original you have to send or if you can't send the original it has to be a ceratified copy of the original.

Also, double check that they haven't paused/closed your file. They give a 30 timeline for supplying the Schedule A, and if it's been 8 weeks then I would recommend double checking that. My MLA's office said that in these instances a simple request on their end could get things up and running again, but I just wanted to mention it.

And sorry if this is a lot of information, but I went though the exact same thing and it was so incredibly frustrating. I would have been super glad to have someone give me a ton of info, so I'm hoping you feel the same haha.

The Problem is we missed that there is new form and checklist updated last june 2017 we send the old form...woukd it be big deal???

My file has been transferred to NDVO, and in the AOR 2 they asked to submit pcc and fee receipt.. I uploaded explanation letter for pcc when I was asked to upload it but I have received it now. So to what address shall I mail it to? Or is there something I can do online? Please advise

By "MLA's office" I mean the office of your MLA, assuming you're located in Canada. I'm the sponsor, and my MLA has a person working for him whose sole job it is is to help people with immigration issues. You or your sponsor (whoever is located in Canada) could try to get in touch with your local MLA to see if they also have a similar position at their office.

Hello,

Hope you all are doing well. I got 2 questions-

1. My sponsorship is approved and file is transferred to Singapore, about 2 weeks ago, but i did not get a medical request yet. Am i supposed to receive medical request in from local visa office? If so, how long does it take after the file is transferred?
2. i submitted the proof of payment with the application. But on ECAS, the fees are showing as 0. Does that mean that they did not receive the fees paid?

Please advise.
