Call your agent in IRB.
His/her name is written in your letter
Recently, my hearing postponed due to security check not done. That's good to know that I can call my agent regarding my case. Is there any procedures to follow in order to talk with my agent.

I would suggest that calling your IRB agent on a regular basis is not a good idea. They are also waiting for someone else to complete the security check and will not be able to give you a timeline either. The more time they spend answering phone calls, the less time they have to work on cases. They are working very hard and they are probably the last person you want to annoy. Just my opinion.
Well said, I should wait atleast three more months then I will my agent. Moreover, In my postponement letter the agent mentioned that by 5th November, if still security checks were not completed then my hearing will be scheduled without it. I felt good by knowing this, yet not sure if they do schedule or not (if security checks still not done)
Nothing yet, still waiting, but heard that they were inviting 2 claimants at the same time to speed up the process by making the hearing shorter
Mine got canceled a week before the date. My theory is the numbers of people coming from the U.S. i seen on the news that they opened the olympic stadium to host refugees. Says that everyday 50 to 100 people seek asylum from U.S. I think this could be a part of the postponening hearings.
It was scheduled on 1st week of this August and postponed due to security checks are not ready. Now I have no idea when they will be rescheduling it.
Mine was on April 22nd and Im still waiting.. running out of patience .. you cant do anything meanwhile.. no one is hiring me because of this !!
