I have got my Provincial Nomination and I trying to get documents ready for the paper based application for Permanent Residence and was wondering if you guys can ask a few of my questions:
1) When you submit the document copies, do all the "copies" needs to be True Certified by the notary.
2) For the National ID Card, since I am from India, it will be Aadhar Card, what did you write for the date of issue and expiry. I am asking this because Aadhar Card never expires. It doesn't come with the expiry date.
3) For the police certificate and Clearances, it says that I must get a police certificate from each country or territory where I have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. I have been living in Canada since the age of 16 and I haven't lived in any other country for a total of 6 months or more. Does that mean I only have to get the police certificate from Canada or do I still need to get a police certificate from my country of Citizenship?
4) I know it doesn't say anywhere in the document checklist, but we need to submit our school/university mark sheets as well to the application.
5) And finally, in the Generic Application Form to Canada (IMM 0008) , question 10 says Current Country of residence, what dates do I put in the From and To section. I ask this because initially my status was that of a student and now it is a worker. Do I put the issue and expiry date of my work permit?
