For PNP the first Verification or A11 is not performed in detail as compare to Federal Stream.

Therefore, they delay PNP for about 1 month to match the processing time however all other verifications are same.

You may have noticed that Federal Stream applicants will Pass Medical about a month before PNP applicants Pass.

Medical is usually passed within few days after your file is opened.

My expectation is that many applicants who applied in July for Federal will receive PPR by October while PNP will receive it by January.
But recently i can say, one of my friend spoke to IRCC and they said there is no such differentiation between PNP or normal Express entry candidates and they assured that they do their best to in getting the complete process done less than 4 months. They assured that they treat both the candidates in say way. If you are going with trend there might be multiple reasons for delay. so I see there is contradictory statement here. Not coming here to oppose, but adding hopes to thousands who got nomination and waiting for nomination.

Wait? Joint accounts are not allowed? The POF I have submitted were for 3 accts, one under my name, one under a joint with my 2yo son and the other a joint acct with my husband. Please let me know if it is indeed not allowed.
there is no such thing in CIC website and please do not fall for fake statements or rumors spread across.

I can't oppose IRCC official statement but the trend seems delayed opening of file for PNP.

Not every application can see the same trend however if they do as they say it will be very good for applicants.

4 month claim by IRCC is true for Federal Applications as most of the applications are processed within 4 months now a days.

For PNP it takes 6 months or slightly more to get processed.

However, thanks for letting us know about IRCC stance on it and I hope this will be the case with PNP.

1. Based on your score you can expect Nomination by the end of September usually between 45 days to 60 days.

2. The information in CIC and OINP shall match for that part that is common to both. For example CIC will only require details for which you are claiming point and OINP will require all documents in the last 10 years.

If you are not claiming points for 8 months then just include it under Personal Activities. It will be fine but if you claiming points or using it as a primary NOC for OINP then it will be a problem.

I hope this will help.
Hello BillHyatt,
Thank you so very much for the valuable information.
The 8 months job is not my primary NOC based on which I'm claiming points.
So based on what I have understood it's OK if I did not mention that job on my OINP application as long as it's not also mentioned on my EE work history. However I should put it under Personal history after getting ITA. Is that right ?
One more question if you don't mind. Should I include prove of that job even if it's listed under personal history and not my work history?.
Once more I surely thank you for your help.
Best Regads,

My people I am back again o. Please help answer my query.

I received the additional request below:

Settlement Funds

OINP requires that you demonstrate a minimum level of savings/income (unencumbered and readily transferable in a convertible currency) to support yourself and your dependent(s). The minimum amount of funds is based on family size in accordance with the Low Income Cut-Offs (LICO), see link for details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

- If you have a personal bank account(s) with a standing/final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO. Please provide:

· Copies of your Overseas bank statements for six months from February 1, 2017 to August 4, 2017.

My question is, MUST i stop the statement on the 4th of August?

I intend getting a gift deed from my spouse tomorrow to beef up my account because exchange rate fluctauted recently. And if i do that,I have to print d statement up to 10th August. So please must I stick to their 4th August?

Best Regads,
Yes and no prove is needed for anything that you are not claiming points for except those which are mandatory.

No 4th is just to compensate fewer days of Feb and they basically asked for minimum 180 days Statements.

So anything above 180 days will be fine.

Good Luck!

Best Regads,
As per my understanding, for OINP, you should include all work experience in the last 10 years and provide documentation for all. For the 8 months work you had, did you mention it under Personal Activities? If yes, there is a possibility OINP will ask you for some documents regarding that work.

In the EE (or eAPR), you only need to provide reference letter for work experience under Work History.

The law states that all applicants must meet all requirements of Federal plus PNP during the process. If your circumstances leads to change in score (increased or decreased) you must inform OINP.

The reason is that Federal will verify information you provided to them with those provided to OINP and they both shall match. If it doesn't then your case and either be delayed or even result in rejection.

However, any change in circumstance after PR application shall only be informed to IRCC and not to OINP.

I hope this will clear things.
What other changes do you think we need to let both IRCC and OINP know? For example by the time I get my nomination I might be moving to another country and also my wife might be getting a new passport. Should I let OINP know about this after nomination? Or is it ok that I just update these details on my EE profile before the ITA comes thro? None of the changes affect my CRS score in any way.

Proof of funds can be allocated in your name, your accompanying spouse's name or a joint account between both. I confirmed this from an IRCC officer during an Express Entry talk in may city, last may.

Also, the OINP HCP guide makes clear this is acceptable, and if the funds are in the spouse's name, you have to provide evidence you have access for such funds (letter from spouse and/or bank, power of attorney deed from notary plus translations, etc). OINP might ask from such evidence from you, and you should be fine.
Thanks for ur quick response :)

I dont know the truth exactly. But I have made my faith more strong for what I have submitted is good enough :).
