Hello Everyone,

I could see that HCP stream is closed since July 25th, 2017. Any idea by when it is going to reopen?

Any OINP suggestions other than HCP? Currently, I am working in India.

CRS:395 (Spouse IELTS score to be added in couple of weeks)

Thanks!
No one can tell you when the HCP stream will open again exactly ...and if it will this year in the first place ...that was discussed several times within the threads of this forum .

The good thing is ,you have a score that will allow you to receive NOI sooner or later ..only 5 points away from the 400 Mark for receiving Ontario's NOI without Spouse IELTS is excellent ...so if they open again this year you will definitely receive NOI, if they didn't then you will definitely receive once they open next year .

One question is asked several time to me that whether PNP is slower than Direct Stream. The answer is that they are almost similar but PNP applications are deliberately delayed by Immigration Officers and your file is opened approximately after 2 or even 3 months after your application whereas Federal Stream takes about 20 Days. Some streams are even taking only 10 Days now for Federal and applications processes with 2-3 months.

I am planning to make a separate thread to explain Process and Key Reasons for Rejection for PR soon as I did for OINP.

What could be possible reason for delaying in processing for PNP candidates? These people already suffer and wait a lot while getting nomination! :(

For PNP the first Verification or A11 is not performed in detail as compare to Federal Stream.

Therefore, they delay PNP for about 1 month to match the processing time however all other verifications are same.

You may have noticed that Federal Stream applicants will Pass Medical about a month before PNP applicants Pass.

Medical is usually passed within few days after your file is opened.

My expectation is that many applicants who applied in July for Federal will receive PPR by October while PNP will receive it by January.

I have shared in this thread as well as in the second OINP thread.

However, for you I can summarise few most common reasons.

Wrong NOC or Job Duties not matching
Insufficient Experience Letters or documents
Not attaching Translations
Insufficient Funds or Source not explained (gift deeds are not mandatory but should explain the source of income)
Change of circumstance resulting in score declining below 400 except where due to Birth Day.
Missing mandatory documents without proper Letter of Explanation.

I hope this will help.

OINP submitted 7/12
Assessment 7/21
DIP 8/04
CRS 413, decrease to 408 due to a birthday
NOC 1123
Please, after getting the oinp nomination,do we still have to maintain 400 during IRCC processing? I'm asking as regards to d scores that drop due to one's birthday.

It's an open Question to everyone....I need an answer to.... thanks in advance...

Thanks for responding.

I need less than $1000 to make up the money, do I need a Gift Deed for such an amount?
So sorry, just seeing ur question. A notarized letter will serve same purpose or u declare it's monet set aside for unforseen contigencies. Shikena.

After getting you nomination u will get 600 points for the nomination alone ...so how come ur score will drop to below 400?

If you mean ur original score it does not matter of its own anymore.... the collective score after the nomination is the one that counts ...and I think u will have a very safe score anyways after the nomination ..few points drop wont really matter by then.

I think he means your initial CRS score before nomination. If it drops below 400 then you will be rejected as the minimum for OINP is 400.

That's what I was saying ...again... if you get nomination you will be more than 600 points already ...whatever drops you will have you will have it on the collective score that is above 600 not related to the original 400 that was decisive in the normal pre-nomination process...

Maintaining 400 CRS is a requirement for OINP only not for Federal application processing.

Yeah but before you get nomination you have to maintain 400 CRS score.
