I got response from OINP few hours after my email. They sent a letter with required documents, I just sent them. The wait starts again...

Good, that was really quick! the replied to me after around 2 weeks! To which email did they say to send the documents? in my case it was to expressentry@ontario.com

How long does it take for the case to move from submitted state to assessment. It has been about 2 weeks from the time I submitted my case.

NOI received July 11, 2017
CRS score - 417
NOC - 2173
Application submitted/AOR received - July 20, 2017

Is there anything I need to do. Should I contact them and ask why there is a delay. From the posts I read here, most of the applications moved from submitted to assessment in about a weeks time.

General. Canada immigration will accept only General scores. Many universities require Academic, but Canada immigration will not accept Academic.

Received my nomination from OINP earlier today with the status reflected in Express Entry profile. I received a NOI as part of the ICT Human Priorities intake in last week of June 2017. My timelines are provided and hopefully with give other aspirants some reference points

NOI received: June 29, 2017
OINP registration completed/ submitted status: July 08, 2017
OINP Assessment status: June 21, 2017
OINP Information request (Request for duplicate ECA report): July 28, 2017

OINP DIP status: Aug 01, 2017
OINP Approved status: Aug 03, 2017

I received a mail from CIC that there is a new message today morning which was the nomination. Got 600 points added to my express entry within a couple of minutes of accepting it.

Overall, took around a month from the NOI to the nomination

I just got a request for additional document. They asked for statement of account. I think they asked for this because my country's currency depreciated over the week. If you are a Nigerian you will understand. Please my question is,if i get a friend to pay in the shortfall into my account to make up the LICO, will it be a problem?

How can i explain where I got the money from? I'm really confused now and in desperate need of answers? I can get a friend to pay in the remaining amount into my account but d problem is how to explain it. Please any suggestion will be appreciated.
