I have created two accounts, one for me and also one for my wife(PA). Tried linking with both and failed miserably. I explained to the agent and she says I have to wait until PA receives an Email to link her info which might take about two weeks.
I think I will give a call on Tuesday and it still didn't work, Do you think reporting in a technical difficulty through the Gckey would work?

Did you create an online account for PA? Or are you trying to link application to sponsor's account? and are you able to see the application details in ECAS? You can search application status using sponsor's UCI number in ECAS. By that way you can confirm that application is in their system.

You don't have to wait for PA to get email. Have you tried all the options explained in June spreadsheet?

I have tried almost all the possible combination.

I did use my UCI in ECAS to check and the application is in their system. I'm just trying to link the info to my (sponsor's) account.

Don' worry... I am having the same issue and do not know what to do... as of now I am directly checking the status to ECAS using UCI

I too am waiting for the Sch. A and PCC. I want to call CIC but i do not know if I could. Since I am not the Principle Applicant and there was no Representative form sent, i believe that they will not give me any info.
Has anyone called CIC not being the PA and still got the info?

yesterday only I called on behalf of PA and got the answer also... you can definitely called CIC in general and can get the information..

Yesterday I got the request for Schedule A and PCC but nothing mentioned about Photographs.

If you have received the Photo request then review the guide (believe 5289) and in that you will find details about it.

Hi Guys,
Just a quick question. I managed to link my spouse PR application to my GCKey account without having an application number or UCI. Neither one of us have received AOR1 email yet. Aftering linking the application it shows the Application number and UCI number along with my spouse name as primary applicatnt. It also mentions the date application was received and your action is required but nothing is in messages or corespondence. What does this mean? is the application accepted? and will get AOR email in couple of days?

Not able to understand what do you mean by "your action is required" If no messages is seen then you did not received any messages from CIC and you should wait or call them to get more information.

I received the Schedule A and PCC request yesterday. I logged in my online account and there I can see that for both these docs there is a Upload File option, my question is do I have to upload it online only ? or I have to mail to the office also ?

May I know how the Sponsor Approval looks like ? I had went through sample of AOR (sponsor)... but not sure how SA looks like.. do you have template ?

CPC Mississauga will send an email to sponsor with a PDF attached. It will basically say that sponsor has met the requirements to be a sponsor. And mention about the schedule A request. In some cases you will get schedule A request before sponsor approval and in some other cases it will be after sponsor approval

If you are sending hard copies it should be 50x70. If you are uploading digital copy in gckey, it should be 35x45
