Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

I called cic, an agent told me that my file was approved and closed on July 31 and my passport is supposed to be shipped on August 1.
She asked me to provide my tracking number so she can send a message.
I'm thinking if I had requested NYC Lvo that would had been much quicker.
I guess we need to wait until Tuesday....

Unfortunately I did not call them on this week, was working as a slave.
What are they doing up there? Your application was closed on Monday, so why it was not sent yet. It is not matter in type of post, as you see another people are waiting too.
I think there another q, as same thing with delivery.

I have sent mine from USA to Ottawa in 19th July and they recd it on 20th .
I called CIC yesterday and the agent told me its not printed yet and It would take 3 weeks from the date of receipt of pp. he also said if I don't get within 2 weeks, to call then again.
It's really hard to get the agent on line when you call from USA.
Hope for the best

I tried calling on 8882422100 but call does not connected. Its really frustating thing. Its almost 3 weeks from PP delivered (12july).

How did you call from USA? My passport was received by CIC on 17th and I don't have any updates.
Using Fongo World app, you can choose a Canadian number and call them as well. $5 for the app and $5 for credit. And it can also help with job hunting.

Currently we have added a bunch of fields for you to fill, and the most important one is type of document, since Visa Exempt passports are not sent and it accelerates the process greatly so it's unfair to compare a passport copy to Passport sent, So please update it when you can, Thanks!
