This will never change till you get your ppr lol. Remember that info on your mycic account is not accurate and does not reflect exactly whats been done. All you need to check mainly is medicall pass, and BCG status. For some applicants even BCG status sometimes never changes till ppr

So if my they are processing my background check, does that mean I have passed eligibility check or not yet?

Yes you are at IP2, you are good man dont worry. Usually when IP2 starts you already have a recommended pass for eligibility. Ppr soon, keep checking your mail including junk folder. And if you ever applied to canada before or visited and you provided a different email back then, check it as well as a person here in this forum got his ppr in the old email not the one he provided in his current application

Quick question please. Is it normal to have a AOR of June 15 and Meds is still pending till now? What could be the cause?
They requested for addition information on travel history on July 4 and this was uploaded on July 8.

Nope. Thats not always the case. Some applicants get only a message in their account without an email, some only get the email with no changes in their account. Best to check them both. I have been following threads here for some time and i remember someone waiting and waiting and when he called IRCC they told him we sent you ppr email 2 months go

I called cic and person told me that background check is going on but eligibility not started yet .

What is your current status in additional documents section: it turned to "you don't need any additional documents" while my BGC changed to "we are processing your background check".
