Hello Friends. Our spouse immigration in in process OUR BABY WAS BORN IN PAKISTAN and I uploaded her birth certificate and Family Registeration Certificate. I received this reply today

• Your dependant’s long form birth certificate

• A copy of the Canadian passport

2 of those (MM345 and AmyR) have already got visas and i am sure 1 has landed in Canada already. I am also part of the same london pilot project and applied on same day as they did but NO DM or PPR so far Did u get any update? When did u apply?

More than 2 (you can see the spreadsheets for DM after September 2016). I think everybody who applied September 2016 onwards is in the London Pilot Project

Can someone please tell me if you have any idea why sponsor application shows in process and permanent resident application decision made.
Medical was expired in june no remedial request i am just worried.

Looks like a system glitch that Sponsor side is still In Process.
If medical was expired, then he will receive re-med request before passport request is issued. Does he have a gckey account or a lawyer?

Spousal Application submitted March 2017, file transferred to London office May 24, 2017, medical request May 12, 2017 and then no update.


Please suggest about the timeline and next step.What should I expect next?

You can check other March 2017 applicants from the spreadsheet for progress. No fixed time with LVO, some April 2017 applicants have already received PPR, while applicants before them are waiting. No need to get worried before 6-7 months have passed.

Your baby is your dependent. They require your child's long birth certificate from Canada as well as Canadian passport before they can process your application.

Does my wife have to declare the gold jewelry she will be bringing in to canada? if yes then is it necessary that she produce the receipts as well and do the receipts have to be in english? Also what name should be on the receipts?

I prepared everything: receipts & pictures of jewellery items, and lists etc but they didnt ask me for it. Even when i declared that i am bringing jewelry, they said we dont need it.

I received my first AOR on July 27, and about an hour later the PA also received a letter from CIC to link her application to an online account. Since then neither of us have received any further correspondence from them. Today, I checked the status of my application using the On-Line Service (providing my application number and other basic data) and it says that Decision made, but there is no update of GcKey.

The following shows when I click on the Decision Made:

Sponsorship

1. We received your application to sponsor ***** on June 20, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 27, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on July 26, 2017.

Any suggestions what is going on at this point?

That's why I am confused the sponsorship side is still in process and PR application shows DM. didn't ask for re med or any additional documents.
I am a legal assistant at law office i did his file i think it's better he can call cic and ask about.

A decision made on the Sponsor Side means that they have taken a decision on the Sponsor eligibility. Sponsor should receive a sponsorship approval (or refusal) letter in email.

Check by entering your PA information and not sponsor information. This will give you update on PA side of the application
