Track your PR Card using CIC Account

Hi Guys,

I just found that we can track our PR CARDs using our CIC Account.

Here's the procedure:

1. Login to CIC account
2. Go to 'Link an existing application to this account'
3. Category: Permanent Resident Card
4. Then select which way you prefer. I realized some of these ways don;t work so I recommend using 'UCI number and Family name'. I tried others and those didn't work for me. Only this one worked.

Make sure all the information is correct, then you'd be able to link the application.

Did you upload any documents? Mine says I don't need to upload anything, just curious why yours is different.

I absolutely did not upload anything at all. Now I'm wondering why it says that line, maybe they just copied it from my PR application before? as I did submitted additional docs.

I submitted additional documents as well during my PR application but it says 'No additional docs required' on my page.
99.9% it is because they don't really maintain this page. They focus only on the PR application page imo.

I was not able to locate mine....but i was able to link my wife's file...

Why is my not showing?was it because i was dependent on PR Application?

My status is ending Registration

So what does that mean. I landed at 7/11, almost a month.

From the website it says :
Permanent Resident cards
New PR card
61 days

So i'm assuming i'm going to get it around Sept 11th?

Just return to the main page and check again... it would say submitted or approved.

Hi all, mine is still showing "Pending registration" since july 31st, anybody has an idea of why is that ?

My application just got updated. Says approved.
Any idea when they'll send the card?
