How about US residents? I wont be doing flagpoling since I am not in Canada.
Can I show up Saturday at 1am? I think it's 24/7, any thoughts?

Hello - Are you planning to move to Canada for good or just doing the PR landing alone and coming back after landing.US . I am also in US and i am thinking of doing PR landing by last week of Aug. But my situation is - I have to come back to work for another few months after landing in Canada. Are you doing to do the same? Please let me know

I've an american visitor visa valid. What if I cross the border in order to go to Buffalo outlets in the morning and re enter canada in the afternoon?
Would they allow me to re enter as a worker or would they process my landing?

I'll eventually move but not right now as I am still working in the US. I need to perform the landing to get the PR card so I can start exploring job opportunities (interviews...). You know how it works, employers want to see that you don't need sponsorship; of course it is better to be in Canada but for interviews, Canada is just like another state logistically speaking.
I think we should be fine on weekends as borders dont close.

What do you guys think @ tpurohit? any US resident who did the landing on the weekends or at night?

Hello All - Need your valuable suggestion... I am in US and i am not an American.. I will get my passport soon with Copr since i applied 3 weeks back for passport stamping. I am planning to land by end of Aug and after 10 days, planning to come back to US for work may be another 2 more months. Once PR card is sent, then i will travel back for good. Can we do landing and come back to US after landing? Appreciate all your suggestions!!

Thanks for your response. Seems like few port of entry near niagara falls can do landing only from Tuesdays to Thursday alone. If you are planning for other POE like AMbassador Bridge or any other POE, we can do anytime...

Also i have another question - During landing we wont do import of car since we will come back to US again, Can we do the import at later point during a permanent move to Canada?

Hi guys, I have been approved since July 31, 2017 on my cic and then got an email the next day Aug 1, 2017 for an update on my account, but my tracker is still not activate??
any ideas??

Here is my timeline.
PP sent - July 7
Received - July 10
Approved - July 31
Tracker - Not Activate
COPR - Waiting.
