Some questions regarding express entry application with spouse.

Hello,

Me and my wife we both are on working on open work permits and will be applying for ITA soon. As I have more points, therefore, I will be the principal applicant with a score of 496.
I have one question:

I read somewhere that it is better to create two separate EE profiles because it increases the chances of getting the ITA. My wife has less than 400 points(close to 320), do you think it will be beneficial to have another profile or should I just add her to my profile as the spouse.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

No, don't waste your time with the second app

496 is more than enough. There is no harm in applying twice but it's 99.9% a waste of your time
