thinking to start the process for EE.
as per my rough calculations I can get CRS between 370 - 390; do i have a chance?
though i can score exactly 67 points FSW.
One more question, If I am applying with my spouse but not claiming any points on her behalf, will i get the points as a single applicant or not?

With CRS 370 to 390. direct ITA chance is second to none in near future. Currently IRCC is doing only one draw per month since June 2017 and it pushed CRS draw score from 413 to 440. If you do not have CLB 9 in your IELTS, I suggest you to please improve your IELTS score to LRWS (8777) respectively.
If you include your spouse in your application, you can not get points for single applicant, You will lose 30 CRS points (Max. for spouse) if you will not provide ECA & IELTS for spouse.
Thank you Anwar01 . You are absolutely right for the CRS cutoff score. I already calculated my score on CLB9.
I cannot score anything for my spouse as maximum i can expect is 5-8 on her behalf. I can not apply alone as it will be misrepresentation of facts that I am married.

university will send Degree and Transcript in a sealed envelop but does it have to contain any reference number or something how come ICES will come to know that this envelop belongs to that person.

Are you reside in Pak or outside?
If Pak, then HEC have to send certified copies of your higher degrees, all you have to do is to provide them address envelop.
I think once they seal it for you then you have to post it by yourself to that university. You can put your reference number on top left hand corner of the envelop or they will know by your name and date of birth.

is
1.one envelope will be sent by the university itself which will contain transcript and degree
plus on Pakistani education, they are asking for a higher secondary certificate as well my question is will it also go in seal envelope and if so then which body will send it inter board Karachi?
2. Either We have to send secondary officially or by our self in an envelope
