Is it mandatory to have medicals done upfront for Express Entry - FSWO applications.
Or can we do it after we get a communication to get medicals done.

you normally wait until they ask.. you can pre-empt if you like but that's not the norm

Yes, medical exam is required upfront.

You need to provide them after ITA, you dont need them up to ITA

Yes required after ITA and you need to upload emedical information sheet with your PR application.
