Though it is of no use now but did u try creating your profile afresh for Ontario NoI? And have u ticked all province while creating profile?

Ontario may reopen and you can always re-enter the pool in case of expiry. But i wish for u to soon get ITA.

Well I checked with lawyer. He said that u cant just keep resubmitting wenever u want. They say that wenever Ontario notified that they are looking at more intakes then they resubmit all the pendencies again and intimate us. So HCP is closed now , I presume they will resubmit it wen HCP reopens.

Well your lawyer is a lazy person, actually u can resubmit whenever u want. But never mind you stand a good chance at 409.
Though i understand wait is difficult when u want something, but universe has it own timing.

Read lot of post on push factor mentioned by Jaybee2,Shaun ,mytimet,etc. prompted me to share my story as well.

I lost my parents wen i was 24. Was alone in India. My sister was settled in canada recently at that time. I tried for student visa in2004. It got rejected. Then I just dumped this whole thought. Life went on. I got decent jobs grafually and started growing professionally. Got married. My wife was never interested in canada thing. In 2015 We went to meet our sister,s family in canada and i was stunned to see life there. The cleanlines, the quality of life ,low population, work life balance , living etiquettes of common person , wide sky to look up at,no pollution, good schooling for kids which is free actually and what not. Later wen they grow up they will get decent jobs ther in canada unlike in India where even 98% scoring is not considered good. And then every yr average cost of schooling of single child is very high.
My wife took time to realise this but then wen I asked her to weigh these points related to our kids future and then take a decision else we wrap up this issue, she realised what I was doing was right. And now she is also pushing me to expedite all this.
Unfortunately my problem is that I M not getting NOI from Ontario. Saskatchewan doesn't need my NOC. My profile is valid till November only. I am at CRS 409. Just hoping it drops to this level b4 that.

This is very typical of consultants and lawyers. They will not withdraw and reapply because it's so much workload for them, unless you pay them additional for it, then it becomes super easy and fast. This has been my experience. When it comes to such professional services, please check and confirm all processes with them. What we presume may not even feature in their list of concerns.

I agree. Infact i am also facing same situation. And there is no way to check weather they r really submitting or not. Earlier they would give reference code and ask us to use it while creating job bank profile. Now since that's also done away with so we are At their mercy.

Btw any idea wen is HCP for Ontario starting next intake ??

So what do you guys think next cut off would be?No chance of coming down from 440 I guess.so from now on one draw per month? sitting at 438..I hoped this time my ITA would come..that was the reason I didn't accept the ontario NOI..lol now pretty fucked!

huh! I applied for my PCC and was looking for medical dates...this is frustrating..what do you think if 1 draw per month is the norm going forward..what are our chances?

I am also sailing the same boat as yours.
This sporadic gap between the draws is making us wait more. I was pretty hopeful if the draw would have taken place last Wednesday.
Let's see what happens on the coming Wednesday. Fingers crossed

Yeah I'm in the same phase... I have my PCC ready, all the documents scanned.. arranged POF... got the gift deeds whatsoever... got my reference letters... just waiting for the ITA to go for the medicals... Yeah it is very frustrating..
I still have a hope that there would be a draw this Wednesday and the cut off would be around 435... but yeah I'm thinking what you are thinking.. the more the delay, the higher the cut off :| :/

ya I think if the draw happens this wednesday..We might get in..but if not sure if it happens 9th august..this wait is just frustrating!
