Yes, IMM 5476 requires signature of representative as well as PA. First you can Download, Fill, Print, Sign, Scan/Mail to PA, Print, Sign, Scan and Send it to CIC via Webform. But, this is only needed if you want to act on behalf of your spouse.

Is there a chart or something that determines which visa offices caters to which countries? I'm looking at the CIC website but can't find anything.

Till yesterday on my GCKey, Status of Background Check was, "We are processing your application. We will contact you when we start your background check"...

Today status is Background Check, "Not Applicable"...

Has anybody got same update in June...???

Plenty of people in previous months have got this updates.. Bucket full discussions over this... But, nobody knows what does that mean... which is okay.. Although just curious to know if I have any partner in this update..?

Haven't even received email of file being transferred...!! So this status should change back to in process later... !!

June 19th applicant

I have a question.. My PCC shall take time, meanwhile I'll upload the schedule A, guys any idea if this delay for PCC going to affect the file transfer to local VO ? Or just Schedule A is required for file transfer ? Bit tensed

hi can u help me guys our papers are in London visa office and they are requesting for a new set of photos.They said that they need to rcvd it within 45days and send it to their address. i open my GC account and I found out that I have an option to upload it online. Is it okay to just upload it rather than sending two photos to London. by the way I am based in the middle east.

what kind of photos? wedding picx? passport picx? if its passport picx, do as they ask you - send it by mail. If it's wedding picx, upload them .. put these picx in a word document and save it as PDF ..

how long will the PCC take? you shud have started that process once you submitted .. they do mention this in the checklist, to obtain the PCC but not to submit it with the application ..

don't leave the PCC upload portion blank .. wait .. you have 30 days to upload and send these documents ..

also, what kind of picx are they asking you? passport or wedding, etc?

Mine is under the sponsor. There is only the recieved application date under the PA information on ECAS.

ok .. so what are you concerned about? they received your application and they are working on it ..
