Some guys have been waiting for 7 months.

what i have seen in last one year they process maximum cases within the time line if some one is waiting after that period then might be because of some query from sinp or dought

i might be wrong, however, from myimmigrationtracker SINP dashbord, Asians (especially Indians) and Arab Africans are most favored..... good luck to other nationals

I just checked my eligibility and I do not qualify.

20 points - bachelor's degree
18 points - CLB 7
12 points - age 25
4 points - 2.5 years exp.

NOC: 2173 (Software engineer)

only 54 points :/

Have you got license from Canada about it? Now this is a regulated occupation.

What you mean by " license from Canada about it" and "regulated occupation", can you explain it?
I am working as a Software Engineer in INDIA since 2+ years.
