Hi

I am about to submit my application in a day two before the same i have a few concerns

1. i have done a one year diploma course for some reasons i could not sit for the second semester of the same course and had to sit for the second semester an year later ( with the latter year mentioned on the certificate) . should i mention the same in the LOE.

2. Also Do we need to mention details about 2-3 months gap between one course to another

(1)Generally, they used to stamp on the passport too for issuing PCC. But from June 2017 the passport is NOT stamped anymore for PCC. And CIC only wants PCC Letter color scanned copy.
(2) I have been here in Canada for 4 years so I got my Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Fingerprints Criminal Record Check
( Canadian PCC) too.

Hello House, I am about to submit and I would like if we can all help chip in as regards the duties and responsibilities of NOC 2145. I have pasted below all my duties, does it conform with NOC2145?

• Coordinate and oversee Oil and gas prospecting and extraction from the drilling and completion fluids aspect.

• Develop drilling fluids programs and designate drilling fluids to be used for different sections of an oil and gas Well drilling operation taking into account environmental factors, lithological compatibility etc

• Carry out workability analysis and estimation of costs necessary for developing new oil and gas Wells from the angle of the drilling and completion fluids.

• Oversee and monitor the completion and Re-completion/Work-over/Re-work operation of Wells from the completion/Work-over fluids perspective to boost oil and gas recovery/production.

• Analyze drilled-out formations/Reservoir rock/Cuttings and fluid hydraulics to proffer optimum drilling rates and to predict the stability of the Well bore.

• Monitor, manage and maintain inventory, inventory reports and accurate reporting of mud properties & well conditions & procedures, as well as accurate tracking of daily
  & cumulative mud costs.

• Develop plans for oil & gas field drilling and for optimum product recovery and treatment through appropriate pilot testing techniques as regards drilling and completion fluids.

* Testing of Crude oil samples during Well testing operations to detect composition and presence/absence of contaminants

My application just got rejected mentioning due to missing FBI PCC. I have rechecked my application and confirmed that I have submitted this document. This is really frustrating as the efforts we put into this application is over months and they reject in just 5 days without even looking at documents. Can someone please advice what should I do now? Cant imagine restarting the whole process again?

Do you need Canadian PCC if you have stayed and still stay in Canada?

Only when IRCC specifically asks for the RCMP PCC.

Document requirements

• For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than six months before the submission of the e-APR.
• For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant lived in that country.
• Police certificates are required up front and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for a total of six months or more. This instruction is for the purpose of the completeness check under section R10. However, it is always at an officer’s discretion to request a new or additional police certificate.
• Some countries require that the applicant complete a consent form to initiate a police certificate. For example, an applicant seeking a police certificate from New Zealand must download and complete the Consent to Disclosure of Information (NZ) form available on the IRCC website. The form is then uploaded (with any other police certificates the applicant may provide) as part of the e-APR. If the application is not rejected as incomplete, the processing office will assess the consent form and electronic file and initiate the police certificate.
• Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in color. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete.

In exceptional circumstances, IRCC may accept

• proof of having requested a police certificate for such countries; and
• an explanation of best efforts (not a guarantee of acceptance). The applicant should explain the delay in a document and upload the document. The uploaded document must show that the applicant requested a police certificate as soon as possible after receiving their Invitation to Apply.

Immediately raise a Case Specific enquiry and let them know that the FBI PCC was submitted with your application and request them to reopen the case. Write a letter explaining this and requesting. Make the letter brief, succinct and well drafted.

Sorry to hear about that. When was your eAOR and when did you receive the Rejection mail?? As legalfalcon suggested, please raise a CSE ASAP and explain very politely about the entire scenario. Good luck.
