Hello members,
today I have collected my passport from visa application center Karachi , Pakistan, my application was refused on following ground
:

A-You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay, In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
-Purpose of visit.

B-Other Reason:
-Upon complete review of the application and the reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you will actively pursue the proposed program of study under R220. 1; Not satisfied that your primary purpose is to study.

Now I have following questions:
1- Do I need to submit all documents again or answer those area on which VO is not satisfied?

2- Should I apply online or again go for paper based submission?

Please note that my course start is in the first week of Sep-17

Please help me out, what should I do? and how should I satisfy visa officer against the raised points?

You'll need to write out the reasons why you were refused. We can't see the image.

You'll also need to provide your full profile (past education and grades, any past work experience, what you planned to study in Canada, what proof of funds you demonstrated and how much, what proof of ties to your home country you showed, IELTS scores, etc.)

You have already completed a BCom. you would therefore not gain anything academically from attending U of Regina.

I know I have done 2 years Bachelors, but now I have going for 4 years Bachelors. May be I will take 1 or 2 year exemption on the basis of B.COM
My question is that how I satisfy VO, there are only two points to answer.
I have invested 6 month in this process, its not abt money, its abt the time I have invested.

I will be grateful to you, if you can answer me adequately.
Thank you

I don't think it is likely that you will ever get approved for such a similar degree. You need to show that you are coming to Canada to advance your knowledge base which will allow you to pursue more opportunities.

Hi All,

I am 37 year old women with two kids, co-founder of a start-up from last two years in India with study gap of 13 years. I have sound financial and travel history (Including long term visa and visits to US and Canada). Applied for Canadian study permit from the USA during my visit last month but got refusal letter stating "purpose of visit" and "current employment situation" as the reason for refusal.

I have applied for the second time from India and provided documentation regarding my ownership details of the
company etc... and provided explanation that why i will come back to India as my husband is really well settled professionally in India.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for the outcome... what's your take on my profile and chances to get approval this time.

Unfortunately your marks and your IELTS score are very low. I don't think it is likely you will get a student visa but you have already applied so I guess you will see soon enough. Best of luck.
