Thanks Legalfalcon. Another of my FSWO friend from Ghana has his application being processed at CPC Ottawa (instead of his local visa office in Accra). He is currently on his 16th Day in IP2 (AOR Mar 2017). I've already advised him to order GCMS notes to get more information. Given the stats on the tracker (most Ottawa PPRs issued in < 15 days after IP2), do you think that it's highly probable that he is undergoing additional security screening? Over this week, I've seen Ottawa issuing PPR even to Apr & May applicant in less than 10 days in IP2.

Not all files go to the local visa office. Due to work load distribution, especially if your LVO has a lot of processing, then your file will be sent to Ottawa, but it does not make any difference.

My Timeline:
AOR: March 20
Med pass: April 13
RCMP request: May 30
IP1->NA: June 28
NA->IP2: June 29
PPR request: July 6

I have sent my Passport on 7th and it was delivered on 10th July.

I haven't received my passport yet and the status is not yet changed to Approved.

Is this normal? Its been 10 days after they received the passport.

Do not stress out. My BG status is NA since the very beginning, never changed. AOR March 29. Sometimes they just dont update the profile status, but somebody is definitely working on your case. I suggest you order GCMS notes, write or call, if you havent called before. Just one call wont annoy them.
One more thing, since you uploaded an answer to their PFL with clarification on your funds, the status should have been changed from "Your action is required" to "Submitted" almost immediately. At least it happened like this to me, as soon as I uploaded and submitted add docs, the status changed. Though the add documents status is still: we need additional documents to ...

Yeah that hasn't happened. I have the email from when I sent the CSE, so in case they say I never sent anything. But yeah, it still says "Your action is required" in the application bar.

I have applied for BOWP day before yesterday. It has been more than 40 hours, but I don't see application number for BOWP in my profile.
Is this normal? When application number will be generated?

So weird, I raised a CSE early last week to send CIC some documents. Today, they asked me for the same documents through mycic. I guess CSE is not transmitted to the case officer that fast.
