Has anyone known any case of refusal after the RCMP submission? Is that possible?

I never saw such a case on this forum as per my knowledge. Please have hope. I submitted my RCMP on June 22 and waiting for my PPR with loads of hope.

Day 126,and I'm losing so much hope. It's maddening to check the April/May/June/July threads and see how quickly things are moving for FSWO applicants. What the heck is happening?! I have no idea what's going on with my application, I think I have an officer that doesn't update CIC. I want to call, but I don't want to annoy anyone and ruffle feathers. I want to order notes, but I am so far along I don't know if it's worth it anymore. Since I received procedural fairness on July 7th, when I go to look at my application it still says "Your action is required." I replied to the letter July 8th, it was just clarification on funds, nothing major. When I open my application it still says "We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility" and has been that way since medical passed May 25th. I only recently started checking regularly, but I've never noticed my background change from anything other than "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." Documents says "We do not need additional documents." Security should take no time whatsoever, considering I've only been to Canada and have nothing to look at in regards to criminality. I've been living in limbo for so long, I'm just so discouraged.

My friend, keep faith. Im in the same boat and have my current work visa finish August 15th. Im hoping we both get some good news on the weekend. Stay positive and pray if you're into that.

A few applicant's applications had been canceled yes.

Finally PPR after 131 days waiting since AOR!
AOR March, 17th
FSW Inland
BG was NA for 54 days until PPR.
Now it is in IP2 since today.

Don't lose hope guys! You'll get PPRs soon! )

My file has been transferred to Ottawa, even though the visa Office for my region is Pretoria, South Africa. Does anyone have any idea why it is not always sent to the regional visa office?

I'll be ordering GCMS notes tonight.

Do not stress out. My BG status is NA since the very beginning, never changed. AOR March 29. Sometimes they just dont update the profile status, but somebody is definitely working on your case. I suggest you order GCMS notes, write or call, if you havent called before. Just one call wont annoy them.
One more thing, since you uploaded an answer to their PFL with clarification on your funds, the status should have been changed from "Your action is required" to "Submitted" almost immediately. At least it happened like this to me, as soon as I uploaded and submitted add docs, the status changed. Though the add documents status is still: we need additional documents to ...

Not all files go to the local visa office. Due to work load distribution, especially if your LVO has a lot of processing, then your file will be sent to Ottawa, but it does not make any difference.

For a missing documents the application is cancelled. It can happens as early at 2-3 days post AoR.

Thanks for your reply. But usually they indicate or give reason that which document is missing. I am still waiting to get that message or update. Dont know how long will it take.

Should be given within a week. If you don't get it then raise a CSE or call IRCC.
