PNP processing has got a long waiting period. expect to wait at least another month before processing of your file starts . I am also in a similar case as you and still waiting while observing the progress of other streams. hang in there!Hi guys, I am an OINP inland applicant. Applied first on 16th jan(AOR), but rejected due to missing of one document. However, I have applied again on 9th may (AOR). There is no update in my account not even medical passed. What should I expect at this stage?
IP1 - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.I have exactly the same update on my profile since July 21.
I think we are in IP1
HI,Thanks for replying. How long does it usually take from IP2 to PPR?
Relax...u will get PR by end of this weekAOR - May 14th
Got RPRF on 19th July and no movement since then. BGC is NA2 and DOC status says that 'additional docs you provided are being reviewed'
========================================>I have applied through a consultant for PR and so i do not have direct view of my application. Today what we understood is i have already got PPR request 3 days back and the mail was in the junk mail folder ( application status in MYCIC page is still not updated with this details [ as of yesterday ] as it is showing Background Check : " Your Application is in Progress. We will send you a message when we will start your background check ". Any one have experienced this ? Is it the way it is ?
Below are the timelines in my case :
Program : FSW-Outland
AOR: 13-May-17
Medical Passed : 28th-June-17
IP1: Not Sure
IP2: Not Sure
PPR: 21st -July-17
Thanks mate, wasn't aware of this distinction.IP1 - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
IP2 - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

I have heard that Medical and BGC are separate streams while the norm is to have the Medical first and then the Background check but there has been out of norm cases. So dont worry you are in IP2 from the wordings of itThanks mate, wasn't aware of this distinction.
Any idea how long does IP2 take (with 1 dependent)?
Why I thought this would be IP1 is coz my medical still hasn't passed (same with jilaniroy).
CONGRATULATIONS FRIEND,
THAT'S PPR.ITS TIME TO CELEBRATE AND START PACKING.
Good luck
Hi,urgent question for a friend everyone i will appreciate your help alot!
he submitted his application and got AOR 30th May and medical passed then his BG is in progress now. he got married on 2nd July. he had is his POF money covering his wife and step daughter but he has withdrawn some but not less than what covers him alone and before marriage.
now he will send CSE to confirm his marriage
is he obligated to increase his POF to cover all three of them although his wife and step daughter are not accompanying him? and if this is true can he send an LOE that he got married and he added money to cover all tree of them.
thanks alot
Congratulations, mate! What's your nationality and are you applying alone or with dependents?========================================>
