Yea i have rep as well and it didnt let me link it either so my rep takes care of everything and keeps me updated they just requested the imm566 on Friday
So shall I try to link her app to my account as I am the rep? Is it allowed or they will make problems?
Yes, I can see her ecas : its showing application received.
In my ecas showing as : Sponsorship Application Status. : Decision Made , Permanent Residence Application Status : application received
When I click on decision made , it show the below :
- We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxxxxxx on June 5, 2017.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 21, 2017.
- We started processing your application on July 20, 2017
most probably it means your sponsorship application is approved. you should receive an email soon..
yes. i got sponsor approval two weeks ago. and status in ecas is same as yours, but i have an additional line about the email i received regarding sponsor approval.

When you click on "View Submitted Applications", it says Digital Photo (Required). Even people in May group have received it and I figured they have uploaded digital copy with instructions given next to upload button, which reads as under:
"Frame size
- The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.
- The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
- The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
- Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File format
- The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
- The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
- The image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, which is the common output for most digital cameras."
They haven't asked about studio at all.
However, the guide we are following from pdf document is the one which we initially follow when we send original photos with application. In both case, the size of the head, from chin to crown must be between 31mm to 36 mm. And I guess, that's what they need..!!
May applicants' files have been transferred to VO, who uploaded digital copies.. :| I am still waiting for answer from one of those persons.

Not sure how the lawyer will do it but in my case I can't link the application from both sides the PA and me as sponsership. Note that I sign a representative form as well. And both of us ecas showing applucation received.
