We got AIP on 4 May 2017 and then DM on 8 July 2017 (Landing appointment on 17 July 2017).

Profiler told me it was the Security that was still being done and when I called IRCC they confirmed it.

You may wanna follow 2017 thread. that being said, current system promises to conclude the application in 12 months. OWP probably will take up to 4months. For the applicants before December 2016, timeline varies. Seems like 12-14 months average (but not guaranteed)
