Form Error Message - HELP

Hi all, I am new here. I have heard this forum is helpful to applicants (especially when not using a representative) so, I thought I'd give it a try.

When trying to view the form for the sponsor titled "Application to sponsor, Sponsorship agreement and Undertaking" and also the form for the applicant titled "Generic Application form for Canada", these both are coming up with an error that reads "Please wait..... if this message is not replaced with the contents of this document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document"

What on EARTH does this mean? I have updated all my PDF viewers, tried opening on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. I cannot get these 2 forms to open whatsoever and I am beyond frustrated.

Any advice??

Download the forms. Open your Adobe Reader and search/open the downloaded forms from there.
