Privacy act is for the information of a Canadian citizen only. For gcms notes u have to also pay $5 . In privacy act there is no payment and u will probably get info about the Canadian citizen (sponsor). Not sure if u r the applicant or sponsor. If u want info on the applicant and let's say u r the sponsor, order choosing information act.

I am the sponsor so I will order the access to information. Thanks for the info. Also, under "what type of record would you like to request" what do i select if i want information my wifes OR apply? Do i select permanent resodence or family class, spousal?

According to my gcms notes my medical is valid till September. I got it done in October. Also according to cic website medical is valid for 12 months when did u get ur medical done ? If u r not sure if it expired or not order notes , it will say on there . Because I thought mine expired also but apparently it's valid till September

It's been 2 weeks after medical passed still haven't got Dm and Ppr! So confused and wondering why they are being so slow.

Yes both need to sign the GCMS form.

I am an old member of this thread, after a long wait( nearly 10 months) got Decision made on 5th July 2017, Passport request on 10 July 2017, now awaiting for Visa and COPR.

When did you re-submit the PCC? I want to know how much time they took to send you DM after you submitted the certificate.

I am 25 Oct applicant and was asked for re-medical and RCMP Criminal Record certificate, I submitted medical which is now passed and RCMP certificate on 29 June. I do not have any update after that.
