Hey! I ordered GCMS notes too on June 17th...hoping to get them on July 19th! I'm the sponsor and I didn't send any consent form! Do u think that's fine?

What did you select as your options? Privacy act or access to information? Even I'm wondering the same thing if we need the consent form if we are just requesting for information on our own behalf. But we are technically trying to get information on the immigration file

I am the sponsor too so I had to put in a consent form because I was getting info on behalf of my husband who I am sponsoring. It asks you in the beginning somewhere if u r seeking info for urself or on behalf of someone else. If u chose on behalf of someone else it will automatically ask u at the end to upload the form. If u want info about urself the sponsor , then it won't ask u to upload form .

Privacy act is for the information of a Canadian citizen only. For gcms notes u have to also pay $5 . In privacy act there is no payment and u will probably get info about the Canadian citizen (sponsor). Not sure if u r the applicant or sponsor. If u want info on the applicant and let's say u r the sponsor, order choosing information act.

It's been 2 weeks after medical passed still haven't got Dm and Ppr! So confused and wondering why they are being so slow.

i am still in background check nearly 8months and have no update what is going on. the eligibility was passed following the interview.

Am 12 may aplicant i got dm on 16 june and got medical and pcc and now i month pas away. I give exam of medical and send pcc to embesy but have not get ppr do u knw how much time embesy need more
