Passport sent June 29, 2017
Passport delivered to Ottawa June 30, 2017
Application approved July 13th, 2017
Passport return tracker activated July 18th, 2017 around 7PM

I have same dates:

Passport sent June 29, 2017
Passport delivered to Ottawa June 30, 2017
Application approved July 13th, 2017

Tracker not active yet.

Yeah, a friend of mine also has the exact same timeline up to the approved and his/her tracker is also not activated...maybe tomorrow you will be processed.
