He can get the PCC done and have it ready. That way you guys can upload it on his GCKey and submit it once he get his Schedule A and PCC request. Unfortunately he cannot do his medical upfront. We can only do our medical after getting a request from CIC. That's because we have to take a note/ document from CIC with us when we go for our medical checkup.Hey everyone!!
Hope all of your process is going smoothly.
I have a question. My husband is planning to travel to USA for a month in two weeks. We just have AOR 1. Do you think it will matter if he gets PCC n medical early n sumbit once received??
Not yet.. Status is 'we are reviewing the results of your medical exam'. Same for uploaded documents too.. they are still reviewing them...ur medical was done the same day my hubby was .. so did you check to see if there is an update on your gckey ??
I think you can get the PCC done, and Medical can be given from anywhere I believe.. Just cross check again on it.. This was what I was told by some senior members from NDVO groupHey everyone!!

Hey , is there any other number for CIC? Trying 1 (888) 242-2100 but says we have so many calls going on try again / check online!! Just kicks me outit was like that for me till last night .. you will see it change in this week .. hopefully ..
Doing medical on the same day doesn't mean that both your spouses will pass medical on the same day. Different clinics/ hospitals can take different amount of time to get all the lab tests ready. The clinic/hospital your husband went to finished his test results in 2 days. That's really great but thst is not the standard in all the hospitals and clinics in the entire world. For both the CIC panel physicians in my city the earliest appointment you can get is 1 week later and they both told me that they will take 1 week to get the test results ready once the medical is done. In some countries the wait is much much longer. I read in an older thread that a Vienna applicant could get the earliest appointment 1 month later. It seems like in Pakistan and India it's easy to get an appointment 2-3 days later. Lucky!!it was like that for me till last night .. you will see it change in this week .. hopefully ..
