REVIEWING ELIGIBILITY .. How much time approx?

Hi Oscar501! are you Fillipino? I got same status for my daughter's student permit application. She applied and submitted application at VFS-Riyadh last 17 July 2017. Got an email from VFS the very same day and gave her a tracking number that says that it was already forwarded to Canada Visa Office. Just today She's given a UCI and application number by Visa Office. According to them no need for medical, additional docs, interview and biometrics but will send message if these changes. Background check not applicable. Application status is under process and review of eligibility and final decision both in progress. She's admitted for Fall 2017 semester.
hey. I applied on 18th July from Saudi Arabia paper based and till now the status is just under process when I enter my application number.
When did your status changed to 'review of eligibility?' Did you get the visa
I need help as I am worried. The semester starts in early sept
How much time approximately after the status changes to reviewing eligibility ?
