i also have this concern, i just emailed them. still waiting for response, they usually take 3 days to 2 weeks to respond.

Hi! What is the best way to get in touch by phone with someone from the Singapore office? They sent me a follow-up mail today saying that they have asked for Police Clearance and Payment last May 25. I never received any request for Police Clearance and Payment, only a Medical request which I did as soon as possible.

I already replied asking for additional time to get the Police Clearance. How soon do they read and respond to email?

Has anyone been on a similar situation? If they did send me the instructions on May 25, will that be on the CIC account or will they just ask for it via email? I double checked today and there is really no such correspondence.

Yes we are on similar boat. Got my medical requests 23 May. I emailed them after i got medical passed just to check if they sent any request for police clearance.. They replied they sent 23 May which i did not receive. I requested extension for deadline for submission which they granted. Police clearance in SG takes at least 1 month. I did not try calling them. But they usually reply in 3 days to 1 week.

Thanks. Tomorrow is my fingerprinting at the police. So will have to submit to sgvo the certificate this weekend.

How would you submit the payment proof and clearance? Just send by email?

Almost everyday I check my account and application status for updates. Apparently, that was not enough.

Hope I get acknowledgement on the extension from them soon. I did the payment and sent the receipt already. Just asked for extension on the police clearance.
