I did the same and CC was charged successfully. Then I changed my address on CC. Not the best way but its possible. The problem with money order or certified check is there is not way to know if FBI is processing or not. With a CC you know instantly when your CC is charged.

Actually form says total amount to be charged and __x18$

I will include 2 forms with $18 each per applicant.

Do let me know once you receive it. I am checking how much time it takes for the delivery after processing using a first class usps post-i heard it takes close to 2 weeks for US locations

I got my FBI report today.

It says no arrest record.

Then it says - "this does not preclude further criminal history at state or local level."

Is this normal? does cic need clearance from state and local levels too?

When it was mailed out to you? They said they my report was sent this morning, and I'm worried whether I still can get it in Philadelphia by the deadline Wednesday next week

Does not matter. Together or separate both works. Double and triple check the CC number and expiration date. And make sure you do not lose the CC for the next 3 months :)

They had a electronic device where the officer helped me take fingerprints and then printed the card (FD-258). Simple as that. If you are in the USA I suggest you call and go to a nearest police department and use the electornic fingerprinting device. The advantage of this device is, it will make sure your fingerprints are correct. I asked the officer how do I know if the fingerprints are right and not smudged. He showed me by deliberately smudging my fingerprints and the device gives a beep. So this way you are 100% sure the fingerprints are done right.

Hi, I live in NJ, my local PD is not doing livescan, can you give me the number and address of Connecticut PD which did that, as Connecticut is not far from here, I can go there and get it done, also did you carry your own fd-258 card or they provided? Did you take an appointment prior or they allow walk-in?

Shipped today should get delivered tuesday. Putting CC in box so that I am carrying it everyday.

Not sure if PD in CT will allow it or not. Here is where I did mine - http://bethel-ct.gov/content/13358/13366/13586/default.aspx you can call and check with them.

I did my fingerprints here http://www.myfbireport.com/locations/lawEnforcement/PA.php. You can find another fingerprinting agency closer to you. I paid 25$ for a card.
