Are you gonna get police check from CA ?
From my understanding you have to provide it from every country where you have been/lived more than a 6 months.
Some said that from Ca you don't need,however our friends from EE to different pnp had to provide one from Ca upon the request.

It is in checklist.. We have to provide it with our application (mandatory I guess)

As to make appointment in my city it takes 10days. Plus 10 for processing it
Toronto, they give you on the spot(within an hour) if you made it in express. I did it last year for my volunteer job.
