Registration was closed by that day, but not the submittion. In my case, I registered on June 4 and submitted on 22, since I was given 21 days to complete the form and submit.

In my case, I'm still waiting nomination since Oct 2016....
My application is submitted by May. 27,2017 and I got AOR and receipt by Jun. 1. And waiting. I think that they are doing online app. First.

it doesn't matter when they closed as long as you create a profile before they close the stream and you 21 days to submit your documents
