Hey guys so my partner got the medical exam request but they can't get an appointment with one of the approved doctors until 2 days after the 30 days limit. Do we just send a message in the Webform for Vienna that the appointment isn't until then? or do we call somewhere?

Hi. I think you cant really reach Vienna by calling....so you definitely make sure that you send a note asking for extension (use Webform and also direct emailing ...unfortunately I dont know direct email of Vienna VO as didnt get any communication from them yet).

PNP - Saskatchewan

Applied for PNP - January 2nd 2016
SWOASIS updated doc requested - May 7th, 2016
Nominee received - June 3rd 2016

CIC received documents - August 3rd 2016
UCI received - November 9th 2016
Application process started - November 10, 2016

Medical Request sent - February 16th 2017
Medical Request received by CIC Vienna - March 20th 2017

In the mean time my wife got pregnant and she delivered the baby April 12, 2017 then I sent an email to Vienna office to ask them what kind of documents should i send to include my new born bay on the application they replied within one week send the details which where updated federal forms. send the documents vis post office since then i have been asking them just to confirm if they received the docs no reply from them sen 3 emails till now.

And since no interview was requested no I'm in the background check phase and also final decision according to my cic.
