Unsure about question 4 in IMM 5532

Hi all,
Im applying to become a permanent resident under spousal sponsorship; my wife is sponsoring me. She is going to college at the moment; hasnt yet finished her course.
We're a bit unsure about IMM 5532 Question 4. 'Level of education - What is the highest level of education you have completed?'
Should my wife tick High School (because thats the highest level she has completed), and write 5 next to it?
Or tick College/University and write the number of years she's completed so far in her course?

I would go for the last option, tick College/University and write the number of years she has completed so far.

I would do as John013 says so it will match with the other section where you have to list all the years in school since high school.
